9.2 Players may request the closure of their own Account at any time by contacting the ct77 support team via the 24/7 Live Chat function. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to pending KYC requirements being satisfied.
